M&A Advisor

Responsibilities

You will handle a broad range of M&A work — from sourcing (building a longlist of target companies based on M&A strategy, sourcing including liaising with intermediaries, preparing proposals and outreach) to execution as a PM leading company valuation, contract negotiation and closing.

Who we’re looking for

【Required skills / experience】
Business-level English; M&A experience at an M&A firm, or experience driving M&A deals at an operating company.

【Nice to have】
Business-level Japanese (N2+), CPA, CFA
