Agriculture
Project: Introducing advanced Japanese agricultural technology to drive demand for organic rice in Vietnam.
Our support: We helped secure appointments with Vietnamese government bodies and major private firms, and delivered a presentation to the Minister of Agriculture. A pilot rollout is now underway with Vietnam’s top two companies under the Minister’s guidance.
Franchise
Project: A popular brand with hundreds of domestic outlets and a presence in five countries planned a new entry into the Vietnamese market.
Our support: We conducted market research reflecting local consumer tastes and supported the assessment of franchise expansion options.
SaaS
Project: Aiming to open up distribution in Vietnam for a SaaS product researched and developed in Japan, we drove market research, local partner selection and sales-strategy design.
Our support: To hedge risk and cut costs, we designed an expansion strategy using another Vietnamese IT company as an agent rather than setting up a local entity. We supported sourcing the local agent and concluding an MOU.
