Our client, BUNBU Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), has formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on capital investment and strategic business partnership with Appirits Inc. (Japan).

Appirits Inc. is an IT company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. BUNBU Co., Ltd., on the other hand, is a leading Vietnamese IT company headquartered in Hanoi that provides system development services for the Japanese market.

In this transaction, Appirits Inc. acquired 100% of BUNBU Co., Ltd.'s outstanding shares, carrying out the acquisition on a scale of several million US dollars (including cash and an earn-out arrangement).
